February 20th class description:

Focusing on healthy relationships can reduce stress, increase happiness and increase longevity. Cindy will talk about the components of healthy relationships and steps to take to improve your relationships with family, friends and your community.

March 20th class description:
​
Diet, environment and lifestyle account for 80% of how long you will live. How and what do people eat in the Blue Zones? Cindy will talk about the components of healthy eating in societies which produce the greatest number of centenarians.

April 17th class description:
​
All but five of the 263 centenarians interviewed for the Blue Zones study belonged to some faith-based community. Cindy will talk about some basic beliefs and practices that may add years to one's life expectancy.
